The Payroll Leadership Award recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond in either their organization, their team, with students, or in the payroll community.
Nominees must demonstrate a level of accomplishment in the following different areas.
- Leadership – The nominee demonstrates leadership and vision in championing practices and motivating others to effect positive change, is a role model, and shares their knowledge and experience with others.
- Organizational Impact/Accomplishments – The nominee frequently champions change in the pursuit of innovation, continuous improvement, strategic advantage and sustainability for the organization.
- Commitment to the Payroll Profession – the nominee is involved in activities that contribute to the payroll community and an advocate for the profession as well as being focused on their own professional development and growth.
- Engagement and recognition - Promoting engagement in an environment of constant deadlines and regulatory changes. Recognizing staff achievements while encouraging continual education and personal growth.
Eligibility
- Nominees must be a member in good standing
- Past winners can be renominated after 5 years
- Current members of the Board of Directors, the Nominations Committee and employees are not eligible.
