After considering the responsibilities, role and time commitment, should you decide to proceed with submitting an application package, please include the following in your submission:

• The completed Application Form
• Resume
• A head and shoulders photo with the following qualities:
  • JPG file format
  • 150 dpi (dot per inch) resolution
  • Portrait layout
  • Full, natural colour with no effects

Submit the applicant package by December 3, 2024

Individuals may submit applications for a Professional Code of Conduct Committee position. The Steering Committee of the Professional Standards Canada will review all applications submitted to ensure that the applicant meets the qualifications criteria and invite the applicants to an interview.  Once the review and interview have been completed, the Steering Committee in consultation with the President will select the members. The Volunteer Coordinator will advise all candidates of their status.
